We did not have a do not disturb/clean our room sign. Our safe kept saying error so security had to come reset it. Two out of three lights did not work in the room.

I opened in the windows since it was chilly outside at night but there are no screens so unless I wanted bugs, the windows stayed closed. It would get quieter but not to the point where you could sleep with it on. Only one works, the second is being "fixed." When we got to the room and turned on the air there was a horrible banging noise. There are two elevators in the tower of 8 or 9 floors. When booking the room I assumed both towers would be similar.

Parking is free - there's a parking garage or a lot behind the Sunset Tower. Check in was super easy and our room was ready by 2pm when check in is not until 4pm. When we got to the room and turned on the air there was a horrible banging noise. Only one works, the second is being "fixed."
